Jan is of course one of the principals of the Legal Broadcast Network and a long time friend and client of mine. The trust we devised to commence this settlement and claims process will be the subject of a major announcement at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference later this week, and you will be able to read all about it as I blog on it from here. Essentially we have established a method to begin taking a fresh look at personal injury, environmental and property claim issues that previously were difficult to solve using standard litigation and settlement techniques. I look forward to sharing more about this with you in the coming months.
