House bill provision would strengthen insurers subrogation claims.

In what is exceptionally bad news for plaintiffs, trial lawyers and others who work in the settlement community, the US House is working on a provision to the pension legislation that is in the compromise committee with the Senate to further strengthen the ability of private insurer's, group health plans and union health plans to reach the first dollars of a personal injury settlement.
