Profile of Don McNay on Speaking of Justice

Don McNay is a settlement professional with almost 30 years of experience as well as an author, financial commentator and radio host. He writes for the Huffington Post and has been featured in Forbes and the New York Times.com. Scott Drake talks with McNay on this weeks edition of Speaking of Settlements about his career, settlement business, books and when this hard working, multi-talented man find times to sleep. Few commentators or experts have as deep and loyal a following as Don and you can find his unique and passionate perspective at The Huffington Post or at either of his web sites.

This is part one of a two part interview, but this first paft focuses on his career, his journalism interests and his various passions. Part two on Monday will be a discussion of his almost 30 year career in structured settlements and assisting people in planning their financial futures after receiving a settlement award. Watch both our interviews with this intriguing advocate and protector of "the regular guy" whose common sense views on politics, finance and other issues has earned him a large and loyal following.

Tune in on Monday morning for part two of this interview where Mark Wahlstrom and Don McNay discuss his career in structured settlement planning, his firms focus, the challenges facing our industry in both the short and intermediate term and other issues of interest to both trial lawyers and settlement professionals.
