As promised the LBN and Settlement Channel crew were at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference last week doing a wide range of video interview and podcasts with many of the featured speakers, member attorneys and key vendors. I'll be posting an entire range of the video's here at the Settlement Channel, but I thought I'd kick it off with the 9 minute video podcast of Civil Action Attorney Jan Schlichtmann and myself, Mark Wahlstrom, discussing his new Civil Action Center, but more importantly the Procrit case that will be major news in the coming weeks, and the innovative trust concept that might potentially reshape how Mass Tort cases are handled in the future.
