Vioxx verdict is in, and once again, a cloudy picture.

The most recent Vioxx verdict from Atlantic City, NJ is in, and once again a cloudy, non-definative result.

One plaintiff was awarded $4.5 million, the other plaintiff was awarded nothing.

 I will be doing a special podcast tomorrow with Attorney Jan Schlichtmann, along with some other mass tort attorney's to get their thoughts on this recent verdict. Look for that late tomorrow and i'll expand upon my thoughts then.
