Important procedural vote today on Asbestos Bill

Opponents to the Asbestos litigation that is moving through congress have scheduled a potentially bill killing procedural vote today in Congress to slow down or delay this from proceeding to debate and consideration.

Today's NY Times online edition has an editorial on the lobbying frenzy this bill is creating and the battle being waged. Interesting reading for a publication that is usually strongly pro-trial lawyer. Check it out and we will report later on the out come of the vote.
