Interesting article on lawsuit against Craigs List.

The Wall Street Journal online has an interesting article on a law suit filed against the popular Craigs List that was filed in Chicago.

The suit contends that Craigs list violated the US fair housing act by publishing advertisements for real estate, apartments and housing that were clearly discriminatory. What makes the article interesting is that it begins an interesting discussion of how the internet and blogs, web sites and "news sites" are beginning to be pulled in under laws that constrain old media, and what potential impact that will have on the free wheeling, opinionated and edgy aspects of a service like Craigs List.

Interesting reading and something to think about as we expand blogs and begin to cross from journals to actual news, information and educational forums.
