Prempro trial declared a mistrial.

In a surprising move, the recent Prempro trial that was about to move to the second phase was abruptly ended after Wyeth was granted a motion for mistrial.

Court documents were ordered sealed and there is no news as to what prompted this sudden turn about, but it is certain now that the verdict for $1.5 million awarded the plaintiff in the first phase is now history.

We will continue to follow this case but this is another win for Wyeth in the early stages of this litigation.
