Federal Vioxx cases moved to Houston.

As reported online by Fox News, the Vioxx cases that had been consolidated in the 5th District court in New Orleans have at least temporarily been moved to Houston, TX so that the cases can proceed as close to schedule as possible.

Good news for the plaintiffs, and once again, bad news for Merck who would love to see the federal trials delayed.
