Is this the best Bush can do?

Sorry, I know it's "off topic" for the Settlement Channel, but really, is this the best Bush can do at a time when Republican's control the house, senate and presidency?

 To say as a conservative Republican i'm disappointed is an understatement.

It smacks of political pay off and crony ism, and while she might turn out to be a decent justice, should we once again have to guess at what we are getting.

The last time my moderate Bush conservative friends told me "not to worry, this nominee is going to be a great conservative" we got Justice Souter.

Is it too late to get back  my donation check to the RNC?
